This contract is to specify the purchase agreement of SantaAnna Poms. 

I the breeder, Sarah Morris, Have spoken with the buyer about the purchase agreement upon purchasing one of SantaAnna Poms Puppy/Puppies which includes: 

1. If buyer is placing a deposit on a specific colon and gender buyer must be aware that said color and/or gender may not be available on upcoming litters and could take a year or more to get desired color and gender.  

2. Breeder/seller has RIGHT to 1st pick of any litter.  

3.If at any point or time the buyer changes their mind and\or walks away on said puppy there will NOT be a refund on deposit. 

4. buyers deposit NEVER expires with SantaAnna poms unless buyer changes its mind or walks away on said puppy. 

5.Buyers has placed a deposit for color: ___________________ Gender: _________________ 

6. Buyers deposit can be used on any of SantaAnnas Poms Dams (unless specified otherwise) if specifying specific Dam _____________________________________

7. If Buyer is buying to breed a female dog, that female dog must me over 4.5 lbs to considered for breeding and approved by the seller before purchase of the puppy. 

8. Buyer has the right to wait for the right puppy from any of SantaAnnas poms Dams unless specified. 

9. Breeder has the right to refuse sale at any time, in which point deposit will be returned to buyer. 

** PLEASE NOTE breeder will not know color or gender of puppies in litter until said litter is born. Breeder does NOT guarantee your choice of color and gender will be born on upcoming litter. 

BUYER HAS READ AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS CONTRACT AGREEMENT.
